Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Northeastern University - NEU 4.8 In terms of fraternity parties to go to they are top tier, but the only fraternity with top tier parties with actually good guys. Not even close in my opinion, this is the best fraternity by far.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Northeastern University - NEU 4.4 All the brothers are really nice guys, the brotherhood seems so authentic with them. Their parties are pretty chill, but they make you stay in the basement the whole time, which is very small. They have an awesome deck so they could have BBQs or day parties that would be awesome, but I understand not wanting people out there at night. The house is really nice, lots of space to hang out. Overall great group of guys, my favorite on campus.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Northeastern University - NEU 4.2 So underrated. A small group of guys, but I always have a great time hanging out with them. They're respectful, fun, and make a strong effort to be involved with other organizations on campus. You can tell they all genuinely like each other which is a plus.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Northeastern University - NEU 4.4 I love this chapter. As a girl this is one of the few places I feel really safe going to. They're really friendly and outgoing at socials. I think once they get a few more members to help bump them up, they could be top tier
