Factual frat rankings for incoming freshmen

This website has been very bias but these are the factual rankings for incoming freshmen. Argue with a wall.

1. PHI PSI/ SAE
Phi psi proved they can throw parties and sae ended the semester with 2 of the best parties under their belt (plus castle ofc). All though it started rough for both (especially sae) they pulled it together. They have the best sorority relations and the most desired guys during rush. Phi psi for southern kids sae for northern kids.

3. KSIG
Basically a monopoly over parties this entire year until sae and phi psi started throwing production parties, and lost it all. Still are fun and have good kappa relations but they lost the thing that put them equal to or above sae and phi psi: production parties. Guys were not desired during rush

4. Snu
Have to put slightly above ka for getting tri delt for pcb and good parties this year. Might have had less desired guys during rush when compared to ka, but they were better at eveything else this year.

5. KA
Great pc but couldn’t figure it out socially. Couldn’t get tri delt and didn’t have great parties

6. ATO
Nice guys who don’t care about the whole production fiasco and just enjoy each other and their girls

7. ZBT
Tries to be on snu and ka level but just fails miserably with their parties. Enough said
