True definitive frat rankings

Tier 1: Ksig and Phi Psi
Tier 2: Snu KA SAE
Tier 3: Ato and Zbt
Tier 4: Rest

Clear reasoning behind this: Phi Psi has been pretty clearly seen as the best frat for the past few years, but it’s had a bad semester imo in terms of throwing but still up there. Ksig has had a great semester for throwing and continues to do great. There is a tiny gap between tier 1 and 2, and honestly if you are in any of those 5 you are fine. Sae seems to continually fall off with their pcs as they don’t get along with the sororities well and only throw once or twice a semester. KA has thrown a bunch this semester and are getting better but still aren’t as good as they once were. Both Sae and KA were probably tier one a few years ago and probably will get back there but not yet. Snu is on the come up, but has some weird dudes and isn’t over the jump - they’ve had a good semester tho. After that everyone is kinda mid don’t really feel like explaining ranking.
