Sure, they self rank. But judging from the content of the reviews it looks as if they do it for fun and don’t really take this website all that seriously. Are they bottom tier for now? Absolutely. But there is not a whole lot of basis for any of the negative (or positive) reviews right now

Nice group of guys, but more of a study group then a fraternity, genuine guys, but not very social, and will likely have trouble recruiting new members or making valuable connections with sororities , best of luck to them though we could use quality fraternities on campus

Not known or relevant yet (just returned to campus) but this first group of guys they have are very tight and very friendly. If/when they get a house they will probably rise as long as they can recruit in the future.
