Definitely a great group of girls. They're up at the top with piphi but they both bring different things to the table. Kappas are hot and a lot of fun to be around, know how to have a good time

They are coming back in the fall in a new house which has no basement. Because they are being started by 2 or 3 seniors they will have 0 downtown houses and because of their lack of members they will be forced to live in the house. No one knows how popular they are but having 0 downtown houses= 0 downtown parties so they will take a hit because of that

While all of these guys aren't terrible kids they are more of the public school crowd. They did have a lot of downtown hoses this past year but a lot of their seniors were their best kids. Some of these kids are a bit sketchy and I would not call them classy at all. Historically this fraternity was a powerhouse but it is not doing very well right now. Their house is very nice although all rooms are doubles which sometimes causes problems when guys bring girls back
