Only a few frats like sig pi, sig nu, a couple others on the come up as well, where u get an actual frat experience of living in the house, having multiple social events a week and good relationships with sororities. For sororities there 4 top ones (chi o, dz, phi sig, zta) they do most of there events with the good frats but a lot of the other ones still do cool stuff.
