Comment:  It’s a fine house but the fall off is crazy from when I was a freshman. A bad class in rush followed by a mid class, and all they do is talk bad on other houses to try to make up for it. Not much of a good rush strategy to change the direction the house is going. Will still be better than most houses out there and has a good social schedule, but they just don’t have the closest relationships with the girls they mix with (alot of us just feel creeped out)
