Comment:  They’re nice guys for sure. I have a couple buddies in xi and they have a sweet thing going here, cool backyard and chill guys, could definitely use a nicer house but the stream and brothers makes up for it. Overall sweet frat lots of guys come super outdoorsy. Great spot in boulder
