Comment:  One of the most underrated fraternities on campus for parties and brotherhood. Their house is one of the best properties and is amazing for parties with a big backyard. Parties can sometimes be hit or miss with a bit of a smaller brotherhood and not being as established on campus but still great regardless. Some of the best guys on campus and no weird vibes.
