Social scene? Mid at best. They talk like they’re running top‑tier events, but half the time the parties feel thrown together last minute. The energy just isn’t there, and people end up bouncing to houses that actually know how to host. Brotherhood? Feels more like a collection of random guys than a tight group. Lots of cliques, not much unity. You can literally feel the divide when you walk in. Reputation? They’re trying to ride on a name that doesn’t carry the weight it used to. Other fraternities have been stepping up while Theta Chi seems stuck in neutral. Rush? They oversell themselves and then underdeliver. If you’re looking for a house with real momentum, this probably isn’t it right now.
