Comment:  Dg is hard to describe for me. They are definitely top 4 always, but I think it really depends what year you are / what PC on what type of girls that make up the chapters overall vibe on campus. They are improving with this but I do think their big issue is never being involved with anything. Like at all really. It’s like they show up and show out for their philo week and for rush but then it’s like they couldn’t care less about any of the other chapters events most of the time. I think the new president will change that I’m hoping she’s one of the few that does get involved a lot. Another stereotype is that dgs don’t actually like eachother. This is not true. I think what’s actually true is they spread very wide in terms of circles of friends they don’t tend to just hang out with eachother. Like a lot of dgs best friends and roomates are all other chapters, but that’s not a bad thing. What it just means is come time for a dg event sometimes they aren’t as close with eachother as maybe other chapters that clique up to eachother more. They tend to have a high gpa and are usually very driven students; unproblematic, just also uninvolved lol. If you wanna get super into Greek life and you’re between dg and somewhere else you MAY want to go the other way but if you love the girls here you’ll love it here it’s what you make of it!
