Comment:  I like this chapter because of the way the members genuinely support one another and stay involved on campus. You can tell that there is strong sisterhood and accountability, which is important in any organization. The chapter seems organized and motivated, and they show up consistently for philanthropy events and other campus activities. I also appreciate how they encourage leadership development and personal growth among their members. It feels like a group where people push each other to be better while still having fun together. At the same time, I think every chapter has areas they can improve on, whether that’s communication, campus presence, or recruitment strategy. Growth is important for any organization, and continuous improvement keeps a chapter strong long term. Overall, I respect what they represent and the impact they have on campus.
