I don't think a major national sorority purposely mislead anyone, or reneged, there were obviously some financial or other unforeseen issues that caused delay. It happens all the time with multi-million dollar building projects. Or maybe some assumptions were made on something that was not finalized and someone misspoke? That happens too. They did come through with fast-tracked construction, which is not easy or cheap, so that's to their credit, and it's a gorgeous new home. Happy for that chapter.
