Quota was reportedly 95 for everyone. Some groups got more. This is how that can happen: -girls with only 1 house a pref get that house, regardless -girls who fully participate in the bid matching process (maximize their options by listing every house attended at pref) are guaranteed a bid, even if that means adding her to a sorority puts that chapter "over" quota/total -panhellenic tries to add enough girls to each house to create parity among groups and get every chapter to the same membership #. So groups who come in with larger #s will theoretically be allowed fewer girls via quota additions.
