Replying to “Me”: if you know anything about recruitment numbers you’ll know that in 2024 theta was right behind gphi in recruitment retention. In 2025 thetas RFM numbers were super good as well. Obviously very different pools of pnms for each, but they both are considered houses that get who they want and are hard to get into. This isn’t opinions based (lol), it’s facts.
