Your resume is subjective, and you’ll be rushing alongside hundreds of other girls with phenomenal resumes. The top sororities turn down many highly qualified girls every year. They simply don’t have enough bids to give one to everyone that makes it to pref. 3. You could be an all-star on paper but that doesn’t necessarily translate into success during each round of rush if you aren’t good at the social aspect, like impromptu conversation. If they don’t feel the vibe with you, or you get an unlucky draw with a member assigned to you, you may not get asked back. There is an element of luck to rush. 4.
