You already know the heartbreak of going through rush and are willing to try again, so why not? Your 4.0 as a freshman will possibly put you in a different tier as you enter the process, and other good houses may be willing to give you a chance. I get that you aren't interested in houses based on looks, not meaningful attributes, but there are plenty of houses like that. Keep an open mind and give all of the houses with quality sisterhoods a chance, including AXO, KD and Kappa. Good luck to you and if it doesn't work out, remember there are lots of ways to make lasting friendships in college that don't involve Greek life.
