I am oos freshman now in a new row house. I have oos friends in several old row and many new row houses and we all get along great (met in Rho Chi, in Tut, etc.). What I notice is that the in-state girls that are in the old row houses sent to stick together and they tend to give off a "better than you/don't need-care about you" vibe that prompts a negative reaction from people. Those are the girls that tend to talk bad about new row houses behind their back to frat guys, other old row in-state girls, etc. So it is a little like high school in that there are a bunch of kids from privilege that are not wanting to let the new kids sit at the popular table (so to speak).
