I've been apart of several colonization's for my schools sorority and have pretty decent knowledge of sorority's reputations nationwide (and in Canada.) The sororities who are most consistently consider top tier are ZTA, APhi, DG and Pi Phi. The sororities who are always on either end of the spectrum are Tridelt, Phi Mu and Theta. Coincidentally the rankings tend to be opposite in the south. The reasoning for this is that nationals for sororities like tridelt and phi mu put a TON of resources into their strongest chapters and somewhat neglect chapters elsewhere.
