Image, image, image. Make sure that your house (the physical house and the girls inside) look extremely well-polished. Something that I noticed that a lot of well-liked houses here do is, they are EXTREMELY good at conversation. They make you feel special and wanted. Except for maybe a few stuck up houses, the good recruiting houses will make you feel warm and you begin to imagine yourself as a member. Also to go along with the image thing, maintain good social media, but try not to go overboard on videos (you know what I'm talking about). Start your recruiting early.
