Generally, Old Row tends to be higher ranked than New Row. Not because they're Old Row and New Row, that's just kinda how it is. ADPi, Pi Phi, and Zeta tend to be at the top of New Row, while Theta and Gamma Phi tend to be at the bottom of New Row. People's opinions on Old Row houses tend to vary greatly and it's a matter of personal opinion.
