What do you guys think about Gphi? It seems like their pledge class this year is better then a couple of plesge classes from some other lower tier groups (like theta and dz). Do you think Gphi could slowly move up the ranks in the next few years? Not to top tier or anything but lose their rep as the bottom of the bottom?
