Well, first of all it depends on whether chapters decide to participate in Spring Recruitment. Some needing to fill just a few spots may just pick up a few girls that are already friends with sisters in the chapter, and some who lost more girls to early graduation, transferring, dropping out of school and/or the sorority, etc will likely participate in an "actual" Spring Recruitment. Some chapters won't particpate at all. Also, what school are you transferring from? Is it in the South? Do you have a strong GPA and lots of involvement in campus? Do you do volunteer work? Are you cute with a polished appearance? Are you a good conversationalist? And most importantly...can you get recs to all/most chapters? (Since you don't know who's doing Spring and who's not, I would try to get as many recs as possible). These things will help determine your chances of getting a bid-either this Spring or next Fall.
