Get started on finding them now.You really need recs here, like all the other PNMs here do. Remember, we're the biggest sorority recruitment in the nation, so lots of girls are asking alumnae for help. Many have cut-off points and will send in only a certain number, so you want to get on their list. I learned this before I went through recruitment and was really stressing over a few because I waited until summer to start trying to find them. My bad! They don't have to send them in right this minute, but definitely start looking and contacting them as soon as you can.
