What to Bring

It's imperative you bring the necessary supplies in your rush bag. I'm not kidding. So here is a list of things I've compiled that I used that are not on all the typical lists. 1. Towel--It WILL rain. There is no seating and you will be so sore, you'll want to sit in the grass. Always pack a towel with you. 2. A small fan--It will be HOT. I let so many girls borrow mine during recruitment, so make sure to pack one for yourself. And extra batteries. 3. Food--Some girls care so much about looking like they have a food baby, but it's all so fast and panicked, no one is going to notice. Plus, you will pass out if you do not have food and water. 4. Oil Blotting Sheets--Obvious one. It's hot and your face is gonna get greasy. 5. Hair options--Yes, your hair should look the same. However, if it rains and your hair looks ridic, bring pins or some other hair accessory to control it even if you look a little different. 6. A Map--Always have your greek chic so you can actually find the houses lol 7. Baby powder--For not so perfectly clean hair as you will sweat a lot and in case you don't have a thigh gap. You will chaff 8. Distraction--Be it a book, a gameboy, a puzzle, whatever. I saw them all. Sometimes it's going to be slow (ie after philanthropy) and you might have to be there for a long time. 9. Deodorant--You will need to reapply 10. Tissues--You're probably going to cry. And if you're not, your new rush bestie will. It's more intense than I could ever describe in words
