Easily Delta chi and it’s not really close. Only house that really rivals some of the lower tier University houses like Phi Psi, ATO, SigEp is delta chi and it’s the only house you really see have joint parties with New Row University houses like Pike and Sigma Chi. I guess DTD is getting better but don’t fall for the Kappa Sig and Lambda Chi self ranking on this website, they’re ok brotherhood kinda houses but are not on the same level as DX or DTD
