If your are OOS from a Southern state and know people, not any more difficult than being from instate. If you are OOR (out of region; aka from a non-Southern state) and don't know any Actives, it will be even more competitive for you. However, OR thinks they are top but most OOR girls would not want to be in their houses. NR houses are great. Don't sweat it.
