There are more issues than you can include in a multiple choice survey. Obvi grades and lack of sisterhood have an impact. Also, Zeta doesn’t offer much opportunity to upperclassmen so there’s no incentive to stay for four years. Other houses have connections to get their girls involved in campus politics, honor societies, clubs/orgs for their major, internships, entry level jobs after graduation, etc. Zetas aren’t as well-connected on campus as the top houses are, so they can’t offer their juniors and seniors enough reasons to stick around.
