AXiD seems like the best choice since they've presented before and their USC chapter has been doing pretty well so far. The question is whether they want to try again. DPhiE got turned down when they presented in 2013, but they wouldn't have tried in the first place if they didn't think they could pull it off. Their only notable failure in recent years was the Georgia Southern chapter. Tri Sigma may not want to press their luck based on how badly the Mizzou chapter has struggled.
