It’s been awhile and haven’t looked recently, but believe Panhellenic posts data on number of houses the “average” pnm gets each round based on gpa. This data shows the higher the gpa, the more houses each round “on average”. So a high gpa increases your odds. That being said, it doesn’t guarantee anything. And how you converse, relate to others, etc does make a notable difference. There is no data on number of houses each round for girls who “came across well, looked good, were easy to relate to and were conversational”. But If there was, this would show to be even important than grades.
