Genuine question: what’s keeping Theta from being a mid/top desirable house? From what I can tell, they have a great sisterhood, are very nice(ones I’ve met), have cute girls, and an awesome house. They always seem to make quota and are generally great nationally. Is it just a case of “never have been top so never will be” sort of thing?
