The top half are the more desired houses with better retention rates (aphi while desired has most girls drop after sophomore year). Axo is irrelevant and it’s only time to shine is homecoming and it’s just weird now so not a top anymore. Tri delt has also become irrelevant. People want to be in zta and if you disagree you’re just jealous you’re not pretty enough to be in it. Pi phi and now adpi have youtubers/ tik tokers who will bring in girls who want to join these houses. Both have good sisterhoods. Dz and aphi are the looks houses of the bottom half. Gphi tries to be a looks house but with minimal social events many girls have dropped and they’ve also had a scandal with their previous exec. The rest just explain themselves.
