I'm going to say this but I don't know about MM's situation but I can speak from an experience of a friend of mine, my friend made a video about Theta at a different school and nationals came after her and sent her a cease and desist and threatened to sue her unless she took the videos that she'd made about them down. Again, idk about MM but Theta is pretty consistent about that sort of thing.
