You are in the range of ABC's quota, you will get ABC. XYZ will not come into play at all if that happens. XYZ will only become a factor if you are not with in ABC's quota range. If you maximize your options (list both houses) and fall below both of their quota ranges, you will still be given a bid to one (usually the one with a smaller total number) as a quota addition, but you will never even know that happened.
