Hey y’all, so disappointed to be reading these posts and seeing ladies talk down on one another! This is NOT what Greek life is about and if you care and trust a website full of UNRELIABLE posts by bitter people more than your own intuition then maybe Greek life isn’t for you :) when i went through rush, i did not even let myself go on this website because i knew it would taint my views and how i truly felt about each house and I’m so happy i did that. Rush is catered for the PNMs and this experience is all for and about YOU. Stop caring what house another girl didn’t like or what you “heard” about a house and instead try to focus on making genuine connections the best you can in this process because I guarantee that’s the only way you will find which sisterhood is the best fit for you. Feel out each vibe the best you can and you’ll know in your heart which house is truly for you. College is full of new experiences and having ANY of these amazing sororities guide and support you through these experiences is such a blessing. Y’all really need to humble yourselves and realize that the fact you’re even getting to rush a sorority at Alabama is such a privilege that so many people wish they had. Greek life at bama is so huge that no matter which house you pick, you’ll love it and have an amazing time and I know every house can agree with me on that. They all shine in their own unique ways. Wishing all you ladies the best of luck and hoping that y’all take a step back during this stressful time to regroup and start lifting each other up.
