I'm from Chicago with no Greek affiliation in my immediate family or grandparents. However, I'll have a rec (or two) for each house, a 4.7 w/3.7 uw gpa, student council president and treasurer, nhs, a few other small clubs, 2 years of a varsity sport, and a job, on top of a super long list of volunteer work. Money is a non-issue, as is which particular sorority. What likelihood is there of me getting a bid ?
