fall COB - i think within the first week after bid day, PNMs who were released or dropped themselves from recruitment may be reached out by houses who did not make quota. it's not that common since most houses make quota easily and it's very rare for a house that dropped you to ask you back. also, i heard that this year houses aren't doing fall COB because SK is colonizing, might be wrong, any other actives pls feel free to correct me. - spring COB - this is more common than fall COB. it's basically informal rush. you have to reach out the the rush chairs and then they decide whether or not they want to invited you to spring rush parties. the only negative of this is that your choices are significantly limited. only a small handful of houses participate in spring rush (houses will participate in spring rush if they need more girls). also, most girls who participate in spring rush already have friends in said houses.
