From Dallas Texas schools it's all about Pi Phi, Kappa, Theta and Tri Delt (almost all are very desirable houses at UT, A&M, Texas Tech, SMU, Baylor and TCU)-with just a couple exceptions as far as I know). I was very surprised to find out that KAT isn't a very desired house here On the other hand, houses like AOPi and Phi Mu are basically non existent in Texas and I would have never guessed that they were very respectable houses here and elsewhere in the deep south
