Without going into too much detail, in my house members vote on only the PNMs they talked to after each round while it’s still fresh. That way after the last party most voting is technically done. Also in my house we make a top list but that does not factor into who gets invited back, it’s just to show members who we’re rushing hard. Our invite lists are strictly compiled 100% from member votes during rush. Nationals comes every year to make sure we are using their voting process.
