I was looking through the panhel rules and potential fines for recruitment and theres a few I don't understand. 1) Not turning in a flex minus list to Greek Affairs. - $500 (whats a flex minus list?) 2)Potential New Members standing outside alone for longer than 20 seconds at the conclusion of a party. – $50/ each additional 20 seconds (I just don't get the wording on this one) 3)o. Questioning Potential New Members about grades. – $75/occurrence (but aren't academics an important topic?)
