My house scores resumes, headshots, and location on a point system. For example, each leadership is +1, student government is +3, service work is +3. Instate is +5, southern is +3, far oos is +1, and some locations are actually negative points. Headshots are scored 1-5 I think. (these are estimations of numbers but describes the basic system)
