I'm a couple of years out, and yes I read greekrank, but there is a girl I used to go to church with who was thinking about rushing last year and she had been a bullying problem at church for a very long time. She decided not to rush, but if she had I would have sent a negative rec about this. My chapter accepts both positive and negative recs from any alum and women in chapters at other schools. I think most alums would only send in a negative rec for very serious issues, but I won't discount the possibility of petty people out there. The recruitment teams that deal with the recs know how to weight the information that comes in though.
