A plain well made, well cut, and well fitting dress is always a yes. If your Lilly fits this bill then it is great. There are some gorgeous navy and solid color Lilly dresses that are perfect and no one would know it is a LP. If you are looking at a traditional Lilly bright pattern looking like middle age mom cruise wear then it is a strong NO.
