Personally I’ve never understood why houses wouldn’t want to make every PNM to go their house. I’m in a NR house, so I have kind of an opposite situation to houses like XO and KD because a lot of Alabama girls come through and know basically 100% that they’ll be in an OR house and not mine, but I want every girl to leave my house thinking “wow, you know what they were actually really fun and nice, I had a good time in there”. Even though they probably still won’t be on our lawn on bid day, they’ll have a more positive impression of the house. I think that’s why AXO does a great job during rush, from my experience they do a really good job of making girls feel like they are wanted and liked (and not in a bid-promise kind of way). I only had them for IWT and Philanthropy but I LOVED the house, and in hindsight I would have not fit in there super well (I’m from the northwest, liberal, atheist, like to party), but they didn’t make me feel like I didn’t belong like some of the other OR houses did
