IMO I’ve always seen alpha chi as the top just because they are very well rounded, though not really a partying bunch. In general (as someone whose house is on the bottom half of the grade report) I have a ton of respect for houses that have really strong grades. I think it’s also important to be social and have a good time in college, so houses that can balance both really impress me
