KKG, KD, DDD and to some extent XO trade places in the same tier to me. It just depends on the year. I have to hand it to DDD this past rush. They did a fantastic job and in my opinion probably got the strongest overall pledge class. But who knows what will happen this fall. XO has struggled lately so maybe it will be their year! DDD and Kappa are similar in that they still get top in state girls but also are welcoming to top OOS PNMs as well. KD is having to play catch up in that area. Girls that are not well known to KD before rush don't always feel wanted there, and OOS girls (other than Mississippi and Memphis) aren't as interested in XO.
