What are Theta and Sigma Kappas housing situation next year, and when is the new Theta house supposed to be done. I know there are two swing houses, but I was under the impression the one AOPi is in right now is not supposed to have people living in it (Kappa was told they’d be the last ones in there I’m pretty sure)
