I just don't see them finding a fit here. Bama has had niche groups such as locals and multicultural sororities in the past, and none of them lasted for more than a few years at the most. The majority of women who are interested in Greek life just aren't looking for that kind of experience. ADX has survived because they offer a faith-based experience (although some of their recent conduct sort of undercuts that), and SDT offers a smaller-scale NPC alternative for girls who weren't interested in doing formal, didn't have connections, etc., but they're the exceptions.
