If they are far out-of-state: NYC, Chicago, DC, sometimes LA. This doesn't necessarily mean they are from these places but since OOS people decided to go to college so far away, they are most likely to also take a job opportunity far away. Southern out-of-state and some in-state: Atlanta, Dallas, Nashville, Houston. In-staters who are really attatched to Alabama/want to be close to their family/will be working for the family business/whatever usually go to Birmingham and less often Montgomery/Mobile/Huntsville/Tuscaloosa.
