I think this can be used to help someone positively instead of using it for rush purposes. But above is correct in that it is very hard to transfer into a cliquey sorority &certain ones are warmer. I think there are welcoming OR chapters and ones who aren't. I'll leave it at that. Ideas above for clubs are great. I would go to the Spring Get on Board day which will be in January and look into the dance marathon for sure.
